The role
You'll test the product end to end, with an eye on new features and customer flows: multi-agent chat, the knowledge base, file uploads, and our 75+ integrations. You open clear issues and send feedback to engineering so we ship with confidence. Strong performers continue full-time or as a long-term intern.
What you'll do
- Test new features and customer flows the way a real user would
- Open clear, reproducible issues the moment something breaks
- Send sharp feedback to engineering on what feels off
- Run exploratory passes across chat, knowledge base, and integrations
- Help confirm fixes before they reach customers
What we're looking for
- Sharp attention to detail and a structured way of breaking problems down
- Comfortable writing in English, clear and precise
- Based in Istanbul (hybrid), available 3+ days per week
- Curious about AI agents and product UX
